Who I Am

I build what others call impossible — on budget, on schedule, to the highest federal standards.

Proven executive leader with 15+ years overseeing large-scale programs across federal civilian and defense sectors. I drive P&L performance at $150M+ scale, lead engineering and deployment teams across cloud, cybersecurity, and enterprise IT, and execute growth strategies spanning DoD, IC, DoJ, DHS, VA, CMS, and USDA.

My career spans VeriSign, Northrop Grumman, CSC/CSRA, SAIC, ICF, Lumen, RingCentral, and Squadra Solutions — consistently delivering what others defined as stretch goals. Grew revenue $69.8M → $103.3M at ICF in three years, managed a $300M P&L and $800M pipeline at Lumen, and built cleared cyber talent pipelines that became industry models.
